We are seeking Call Center Executive - International to support our UK customer base.
Candidates must have experience in call center operations and possess excellent English communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary package to the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Positive attitude and pleasant phone voice.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and provide information to customers & Leads
- Sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Reading).
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a good command of the English language.
- Must have intermediate/A-levels certificate or bachelor’s degree.
Comfortable working in different shifts.
Weekdays: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
Salary: Rs70,000.00 – Rs150,000.00 per month
