You will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, and visual presentations in support of design and construction activities. The role includes coordinating with design, planning, and site teams, as well as conducting quality assurance and control (QA/QC) spot checks and reporting nonconformities to ensure project compliance and accuracy.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings based on project specifications.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software to generate accurate construction documentation.
- Produce 3D models and rendering presentations using Lumion.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings meet design intent and are constructible.
- Coordinate with planning engineers to align drawing outputs with project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Conduct on-site QA/QC spot checks to ensure construction work complies with approved drawings and standards.
- Report any discrepancies, deviations, or issues discovered during inspections.
- Update and revise drawings in response to feedback, site conditions, and QA/QC findings.
- Manage drawing files, ensure version control, and maintain organized documentation.
- Support and guide junior draftsmen as needed.
3. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Degree in Drafting .
- Minimum 7 years of experience in drafting within the construction, engineering, or architectural sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and the ability to conduct field inspections.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and design standards.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
4. Deliverables
- Full sets of detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
- High-quality 3D visualizations and rendered presentations.
- QA/QC spot check reports and documented findings.
- Drawing revisions and logs with accurate version tracking.
- Inputs supporting schedule alignment with planning software.
