We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a prestigious 4 or 5-star hotel in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing hotel occupancy, banquet sales, and event bookings. This role demands a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE planners. The Sales Executive will develop effective sales strategies, conduct market research, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance hotel occupancy, banquet sales, and event bookings. Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planners. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to potential clients. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s revenue goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and branding initiatives. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to increase visibility and attract new business. Work closely with operations to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded. Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to management. Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with hotel pricing and revenue policies. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hospitality business models, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management. Four to six years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in office software applications. Proven track record in hospitality sales and client relationship management. Ability to work on-site in Karachi.
This full-time position offers a starting salary from Rs. 50,000 per month.
