It is a contractual role for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Ensure the execution of all construction work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work schedules and timelines are met.
Manage site documentation, including daily progress reports, material records, and quality control logs, to ensure clear and organized reporting.
Conduct comprehensive site inspections to uphold quality control measures and compliance with design and safety standards.
Assist in the preparation of detailed work schedules, resource planning, and project budgeting to optimize project delivery.
Identify and resolve any unexpected technical challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process.
Optimize the utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to enhance project efficiency and minimize waste.
Regularly report project progress and any pertinent issues to the Project Manager, ensuring transparency and effective communication at all levels.
Mentor and lead a team of 10 individuals, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and collaboration.
Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting safety training sessions for the team.
