HR Officer

Skyline Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer (female) to join our team at the Satellite Town, E-block location in Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite role operates during the night shift from 7:00 pm to 3:00 am. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting various human resources functions and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and facilitating employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally.
- Support performance management initiatives and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar human resources role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
