- Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships with all assigned key Accounts.
- Grow the portfolio by adding more partners and the MOM growth of partner transactions.
- Analysis and identification of partner needs and growth opportunities.
- Identify and implement newer value-add initiatives and proactively find solutions for any operational bottlenecks.
- Own and ensure the execution of marketing calendars agreed with Key Accounts.
- Graduate Key Accounts on the short- and long-term company strategy.
- Focus on ensuring that we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
- Drive client retention and client satisfaction. Maintain visibility and communication across & report on progress to the management team.
- Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly initiatives to internal & external stakeholders.
- Additional tasks/projects as they arise.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant.
- Acute sense of responsibility and can take ownership of the function.
- Process-oriented and data-driven can perform basic analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
- You are driven and ambitious with good communication.
- You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.
- Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
Job Details:
Experience: 3+ Years
Work Timings: 9 am - 6 pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
