We are looking for a Planning Executive for one of our leading clients.

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect data and ensure alignment with business plans.
Update forecast models with actual results and adjust projections accordingly.

2. Financial Analysis

Perform variance analysis between actual, budgeted, and forecasted figures.
Analyze trends in key financial metrics and provide summary reports.
Assist in developing dashboards and financial models.

3. Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain regular management reports (monthly P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and dashboards.
Present key findings to the finance team and support ad hoc reporting needs.

4. Data Management

Maintain financial databases and ensure the integrity of data used for analysis.
Assist in data collection, validation, and processing for financial planning tools and ERP systems.

5. Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with teams like operations, sales, and procurement to gather business inputs.
Support strategic and operational decision-making by providing relevant financial insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
MBA (Finance) or pursuing a professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage.
