Web Developer

We are seeking skilled and motivated Web Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function, according to the company’s specifications. The Web Developer will strive to create visually appealing and user-friendly sites that feature clear navigation and adhere to the latest web standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

Develop and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Understand ASP.NET, Ajax, Single Page Application, Responsive Web Desing, XML, XSLT, WCF Services, Web APIs, MS SQL Server
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of all web pages.
Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaboration

Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Testing and Debugging

Test websites and applications to ensure functionality and identify issues.
Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Content Management

Update and manage website content using content management system.

Security and Maintenance

Implement security measures to protect websites from vulnerabilities.
Perform regular website maintenance, including updates, backups, and performance monitoring.

Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (e.g. C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, WCF Services, Web APIs).
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MS SQL Server).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
