We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an English-Speaking Customer Support This role requires an excellent command of spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support (for UK clients)
- Answer inbound calls and professionally handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
- Follow scripts and company guidelines to provide accurate information about our services.
- Coordinate with field clerks and transcribers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
English Communication:
- Fluent in spoken and written English with a natural accent and excellent pronunciation.
- Experience in handling UK-based customer service or call center roles is a plus.
General Skills:
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in UK-based customer service or working with international clients.
- Familiarity with Islamic or Arabic language learning content is a bonus but not required.
