We are looking for a competent and professional resource for Procurement officer for Chemicals in our Plant. Major Tasks will be as follows;

Responsible for sourcing negotiating and purchasing material.
Evaluate vendor's quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
Ensuring that all purchases meet standards.
Follow up with Suppliers for supplies, services, and invoicing.
Following and enforcing the procurement policies and procedures.
Intouch with inventory to maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintaining good supplier relations with suppliers.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Responsible for sending back the rejected material with the coordination of the supplier.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
