We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support data processing and management activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with importing, exporting, and manipulating large datasets. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain information in databases and spreadsheets.
Import and export large datasets using Excel and other data tools.
Clean, transform, and analyze data using Excel functions, formulas, and PivotTables.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in data records.
Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure up-to-date information.
Generate routine and ad hoc reports as needed.
Support cross-functional teams with data-related tasks and requests.
Document data procedures and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data or office administration is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a data entry or data management role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, filters, and basic macros).
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with CRM (GoHighLevel Preferred)
Basic understanding of data privacy and quality assurance standards.
