We are looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant – Aftersales to support our post-sales operations and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Aftersales team in responding to customer queries and complaints

  • Coordinate repair, maintenance, and service requests

  • Track and update service orders and follow up on pending cases

  • Maintain customer service records and databases

  • Support the preparation of reports and documentation for management review

  • Liaise with internal departments (technical, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues

  • Ensure timely and professional aftersales support to enhance customer retention

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or after-sales support

  • Basic knowledge of after-sales processes and service tracking

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
