We are hiring a Post-Sales Support & Recovery Executive to handle customer queries after the sale and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support, build customer relationships, and follow up on dues professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with post-sale queries and service issues.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely recoveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet recovery and service KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or recovery.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure.
