We are currently looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential students for enrollment into certification programs.
Achieve monthly sales targets by enrolling a set number of students.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the business strategy team to align sales processes and meet business objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Ed-Tech sales or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of certification programs and the sales process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets (e.g. 50+ students per month).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus.
