Investment Manager

The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and possess specific expertise in real estate investment, including high-rise projects and project sales. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of clients.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities.
Manage and analyze client investment portfolios, tracking performance and making data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing them with transparent communication regarding portfolio performance and market insights.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safeguarding the firm and clients by adhering to legal and ethical investment practices.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, investment performance, and market analyses.
Collaborate with other team members to stay updated on real estate market trends, focusing on high-rise projects and broader market conditions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing investment performance and market outlook.
Actively participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand the firm's market reach.
