The Social Media Manager at Imlaak plays a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with the organizations marketing goals. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of content optimization, content marketing, and community management. They will leverage tools such as the Meta Suite to create engaging content and foster strong connections with our audience. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics and provide insights to boost our online visibility and engagement, ensuring that the content resonates with our target market. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree and at least two years of experience, ideally including a background in real estate digital marketing, enhancing our ability to reach potential clients effectively.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with Imlaaks overall marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including text, images, and videos to ensure high-quality engagement.
  • Optimize content for maximum visibility on each respective social media platform to enhance brand awareness and reach.
  • Utilize tools like Meta Suite for content scheduling, analytics, and reporting, ensuring all social media campaigns are efficiently managed.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond appropriately to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community.
  • Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the performance of strategies and campaigns, generating reports that inform future marketing decisions.
  • Identify trends in user-generated content and leverage these insights to enhance brand communication and community building efforts.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure content is consistent and aligned with the overall brand voice and objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools to continually enhance the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Assist in developing paid social media advertising strategies to broaden outreach and support promotional initiatives.
