We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Advertising Specialist with expertise in managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will not only excel in strategic planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns but will also possess strong graphic design skills to create visually compelling ads. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics, and a creative flair to craft engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Digital Advertising Strategy: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies on Facebook, Google Ads, and YouTube. 

  • Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. 

Ad Creation and Design: 

  • Design visually appealing and effective ad creatives for various digital platforms. 

  • Ensure that ad designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages. 

  • Test and optimize ad creatives for maximum performance. 

Campaign Management: 

  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. 

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). 

  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine targeting and messaging. 

Audience Targeting: 

  • Utilize audience targeting tools and features to reach specific demographic, geographic, and behavioral segments. 

  • Stay updated on platform changes and innovations to leverage new targeting options. 

Budget Management: 

  • Efficiently manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI. 

  • Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance data. 

Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations. 

  • Generate regular reports to communicate the effectiveness of digital advertising efforts. 

Stay Informed: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising. 

  • Continuously explore and recommend new advertising opportunities and technologies. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience managing successful digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and YouTube. 

  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). 

  • Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
