We are looking for an energetic candidate who can manage the other operational team with the office workflow.

The main core responsibilities would be as below.

Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Assist with data entry or other administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure proper handling and storage of confidential documents.
Collaborate with team members to meet scanning and project deadlines.
Collaborate with new clients and approach them for new businesses.
Arrange the kickoff meeting & physical surveys of the physical documents.
Making the Financial Proposal according to the physical surveys.
Keeping the client's records in the office in its folders digitally & physically.
Invoices to the clients & follow-ups.

Requirements:

Experience in document scanning and imaging software
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accurate scanning and indexing of documents.
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations related to document handling.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and file management.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients/customers as needed via Phone, email.
Intermediate, Bachelor
