Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies to increase web traffic, generate leads, and improve overall campaign performance.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of digital marketing initiatives, analyzing data to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive landscape insights, allowing for proactive strategy adjustments.
  • Track competitor activities and industry developments, leveraging insights to recommend improvements and innovation within marketing tactics.
  • Analyze marketing performance and campaign effectiveness, creating detailed reports to inform stakeholders and guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure a consistent and appealing brand image across all marketing channels and materials, reflecting the core values and identity of Innovators.
  • Enhance brand visibility through organizing exhibitions, open houses, and sponsorship opportunities that resonate with target audiences and foster connections.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies while aiding in the design of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Stay updated on marketing tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and various CRM systems, to enhance campaign execution and measurement.
  • Exercise strong communication skills to articulate marketing strategies and initiatives clearly across various departments and to external partners.
