Heat Treatment Engineer / In-Charge

Responsible engineering support of Heat Treatment engineering within the Oil and Gas, General Industrial and Aerospace industries. Provide engineering interface to Sales Dept and support to QC Technicians and Furnace Operators using the latest technology CNC Vacuum and Induction Heat Treatment equipment.

Process design for all heat treatment procedures and specifications covering Nitriding, Carburizing, Annealing, Case Hardening, vacuum brazing, and Tempering.
Provide production engineering support to achieve estimations for new contracts, time, cost and quality analysis to meet objectives.
In depth knowledge of Gear Manufacturing and material requirements.
Ensure smooth interface and team cooperation with sales, engineering, planning, purchasing and finance departments.
Ensure smooth and stable production through proper control of resources.
Review the planned and actual times for production and seek method improvements to reduce cycle times and improve flow.
Reporting on success and areas that need improvement
Support of maintenance teams initiative of planned maintenance.
Provide a good image to the company through representation and exhibitions and customer visits as required.
