The Institute of Innovation & Professional Development is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will not manage a team; however, the candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the overall business objectives. A profound understanding of user experience, website performance, and audience engagement is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads focusing on lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance, utilizing audience targeting and conversion tracking for improved results.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign reports highlighting KPIs such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search rankings and drive organic traffic to the companys website.
  • Perform regular audits of the website to assess and improve user experience (UX) and overall SEO performance.
  • Collaborate closely with web developers to optimize site speed, layout, and content strategies for improved engagement.
  • Create and manage engaging content calendars tailored for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and write compelling captions and calls to action (CTAs) to drive user engagement.
  • Initiate and manage social media engagement campaigns and proactively interact with followers to foster community growth.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards to track, measure, and report on marketing performance.
  • Identify trends in analytics data to inform strategy adjustments that align with business objectives and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console for ongoing website optimization efforts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of content marketing principles and email marketing tools to integrate into overall strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, showcasing excellent content writing skills and time management capabilities.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to innovate and continuously refine marketing strategies.
