We’re looking for a Django/Python Developer to join our engineering team on-site in Lahore, working night shifts. You’ll build and maintain backend services, integrate with Google Cloud APIs, and ensure our containerized applications are production-ready. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in both Python and Django, who’s disciplined, punctual, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web apps using Django/Python
Integrate with Google Cloud services (Maps, Pub/Sub, Storage)
Containerize applications with Docker and manage multi-container workflows
Configure and optimize NGINX (reverse proxy, load balancing, SSL/TLS)
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
Troubleshoot, deploy fixes and monitor performance during your shift
Implement improvements for scalability, security and reliability
Required qualifications
Minimum 1 year professional experience in Python and 1 year in Django
Hands-on with Google APIs and Cloud Storage buckets
Proven ability to build, run and debug Docker containers
Working knowledge of NGINX configuration and best practices
Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Strong discipline, punctuality and ability to work independently at night
Good English communication skills
