ABS International is looking for a dedicated International Customer Support Specialist to join their team full-time at their prime Karachi offices located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulistan-e-Johar. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to international clients during night shifts. The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped incentives, enabling high performers to significantly increase their earnings. New hires will receive comprehensive paid training to ensure they are well-prepared for the role. The workweek runs from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off, and candidates can select from three different night shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat efficiently
- Maintain accurate and updated case records using CRM systems
- Adhere strictly to service quality standards and meet predefined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with international clients
- Basic computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Full availability to work night shifts from Monday through Saturday
- No prior experience necessary, as thorough training will be provided
