We are looking for a motivated International Sales Executive to join our team for an auto trading campaign. The successful candidate will have experience in an international call center environment and be comfortable communicating with clients across various time zones. This is a full-time, in-person role with a fixed shift from 5 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound international sales calls related to auto trading.
- Engage with potential clients to promote and sell automotive products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in an international call center environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with international clients.
- Ability to work the specified shift from 5 PM to 1 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in person at the designated work location.
