We are currently looking for a motivated International Sales Representative to join our team and engage with clients worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into long-term customers by showcasing the benefits of our AI solutions, guiding prospects through the sales process, and supporting their business expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage effectively with warm inbound leads and manage scheduled calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their specific business objectives.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value of our AI platform.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Consistently achieve or exceed a 60% close rate while meeting or surpassing established sales targets.
- Proactively follow up with leads who have become unresponsive or missed scheduled calls to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and foster trust in all communications with clients.
- Provide valuable feedback to the team to help refine sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in international or inbound sales environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly motivated with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 80,000, complemented by a 7% commission paid in USD.
- Paid leave entitlements to support work-life balance.

- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- The position is full-time and based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, requiring in-person attendance.
- Monthly compensation ranges between PKR 60,000 and 100,000, reflecting experience and performance.
