Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Showroom Manager to lead our vibrant sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience in our showroom. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, managing a team of 40 individuals. Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and train the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed salesTargets.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring optimal customer service and satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain and enhance the showroom's visual appeal by strategically managing product displays and the overall aesthetics of the space.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and sharing expert product knowledge.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, collaborating closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales data regularly to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
  • Implement innovative promotional strategies and coordinate in-store events to stimulate interest and sales growth.
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions for the showroom team, emphasizing excellence in customer service and thorough product knowledge.
  • Cultivate a culture of teamwork and collaboration, encouraging team members to actively contribute to the success of the showroom and the company's objectives.
  • Set performance goals for the sales team and conduct regular performance reviews to promote accountability and high standards.
