We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant Manager to oversee and support inventory operations at our cellphone retail stores located in Karachi. This full-time position requires working night shifts and focuses on maintaining precise stock records, conducting regular inventory audits, and collaborating closely with store teams to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management. The role plays a vital part in sustaining optimal stock levels and supporting the overall operational flow across multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory across several retail outlets, ensuring accurate recording of all incoming stock.
- Conduct routine inventory audits to detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Handle back-office duties such as data entry and preparation of comprehensive inventory reports.
- Work in partnership with store staff to maintain appropriate stock levels and facilitate timely replenishment.
- Assist in enhancing inventory control processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in inventory management or stock control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills.
- Capability to efficiently manage back-office operations.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and reporting.
