We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Agent to assist our sales team and ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. The ideal candidate will support the sales process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, managing client communications, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate with clients to gather information, confirm orders, and provide updates.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure order fulfillment.
Respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams with professionalism and clarity.
Monitor stock levels and product availability to support sales planning.
