We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Assistant Director – Human Resource to lead and enhance the core functions of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive, productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition to attract top-tier candidates
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements
Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
Leading performance management initiatives and supporting employee development
Supervising payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
Driving employee engagement and organizational culture programs
Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations
Supporting senior leadership in strategic workforce planning and HR analytics

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognized institution
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership or managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and performance management systems
Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and drive organizational change
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations issues
Proficiency in HRIS and data-driven decision-making
