We are looking for a committed IT Support & System Administrator to join our team full-time and on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to end-users. This role demands hands-on experience with systems administration, networking, and cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on data protection and system optimization. The position requires working night shifts aligned with US time zones, based on Indian Standard Time (IST).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and configure firewalls to protect network integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Administer Windows Server environments, ensuring their smooth operation and regular maintenance. Develop and enforce IT policies, including managing backups to safeguard critical data. Handle routing and switching tasks to maintain efficient and reliable network connectivity. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to support and maintain cloud infrastructure. Apply security best practices to protect systems from vulnerabilities and potential threats. Utilize virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V to optimize resource management and system performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly. Perform Windows installation and configuration to keep systems updated and secure. Assist users with IT concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime and data loss. Conduct regular backups to ensure data availability and integrity.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and security frameworks. Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS and Azure. Proficiency in virtualization technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V. Excellent troubleshooting skills combined with effective communication abilities.

Candidates with at least one year of experience in IT support or system administration will be preferred. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000. The position is fully on-site and requires working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
