The successful execution of A/B testing and deep dives into user behavior through Google Analytics will help iterate on product features and enhance user satisfaction. Responsibilities

Define clear product vision and strategy for the financial product line.

Engage in stakeholder management and ensure consistent communication with all parties involved.
Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand user needs and prioritize features accordingly.
Perform data analysis and troubleshoot using SQL to enhance product performance and user experience.
Conduct user research techniques and usability testing to inform product design and updates.
Oversee the prototyping of new features and collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize product offerings and enhance user engagement.
Analyze competitive products and adopt best practices to refine and innovate on current products.
Actively mentor and develop the team of 10, ensuring professional growth and fostering a high-performance culture.
Continuously assess and update product strategies to reflect changing market conditions and business objectives.
