You will be  responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of an organization. Key responsibilities often include:

  • Outlet Maintenance: Regular inspections of all outlet facilities to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
  • Overseeing routine maintenance tasks, such as:
  • Plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • HVAC system maintenance.
  • Cleaning and sanitation.
  • Equipment upkeep.
  • Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Responding to and resolving maintenance emergencies promptly.
  • Ensuring that all outlets adhere to safety and health regulations.
  • Renovations and Upgrades: Planning and coordinating outlet renovation projects.
  • Developing project budgets and timelines.
  • Managing contractors and vendors.
  • Ensuring that renovations are completed to quality standards and within budget.
  • Keeping up-to-date with building codes and regulations.
  • Planning for future outlet upgrades, to keep the outlets updated and modern.
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing maintenance and renovation budgets.
  • Controlling costs and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors and contractors.
  • Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with reliable maintenance and renovation vendors.
  • Evaluating vendor performance.
  • Ensuring that vendors comply with company standards and regulations.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the maintenance of office IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
  • Coordinating with external IT service providers for technical support.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of essential IT systems.
  • Managing IT related inventory.
  • Purchasing: Generating purchase orders and managing the purchasing process.
  • Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Facilities Management: Ensuring the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of premises.
  • Logistics and Procurement: Managing inventory, supplies, and procurement processes.
  • Staff Management: Supervising and training general services staff.
  • Budgeting and Financial Control: Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
