Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the implementation and ongoing support of HotelKey’s PMS and related systems for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with hotel chains to understand their operational needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide training and technical assistance to client teams to ensure smooth adoption and usage of HotelKey products.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of product enhancements by gathering client feedback and industry insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality industry trends and technology advancements to advise clients effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality technology, preferably with property management systems or central reservation systems.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and the challenges faced by large hotel chains.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
