We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused One Window Manager to provide a single point of contact for clients and stakeholders in our real estate business. As a One Window Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Transaction Coordination: Coordinate transactions, including sales, purchases, and rentals, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues.
Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

Education: B-com/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in real estate or customer-facing role.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Real Estate Knowledge: Knowledge of real estate processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Real Estate Certification: Possession of a real estate certification or license.
Customer Service Experience: Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
Transaction Management: Experience in managing transactions and coordinating with internal teams.
