We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the front desk and office operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Assist with various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Support other administrative staff as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
