The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing enterprise data models that align with industry standards, enabling consistency, integration, and business intelligence across systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with CLDM/CDM standards for the telecom industry.Customize and extend the Communications Logical Data Model (CLDM) to suit enterprise-specific use cases.Map business requirements and telecom-specific data elements (e.g., Customer, Product, Order, Network, Service Usage) to CLDM/CDM components.Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and engineering teams to ensure data models meet operational and analytical needs.Establish and maintain metadata and model repositories, promoting standardization and reuse of data assets.Conduct data gap analyses, model reviews, and data lineage mapping to support data governance initiatives.Act as a subject matter expert for CLDM modeling practices and telecom data structures.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.8+ years of .Proven expertise in Communications Logical Data Model (CLDM) or similar industry-standard data models.Deep understanding of telecom business domains such as, customer and Account Management, Product Catalog and offerings, order and service fulfillment, network Inventory, usage and BillingProficiency in industry-standard data modeling tools (e.g., IBM InfoSphere Data Architect, Erwin, PowerDesigner)..Strong familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.Working knowledge of SQL, ETL, and modern data platforms (cloud-based, NoSQL, etc.) is a plus.
