Architectural 3D Visualizer

. This role is perfect for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of architectural visualization using cutting-edge technology and software. The role requires to collaborate closely with our design teams in both Karachi and the USA to create photorealistic renderings and dynamic animations that bring architectural concepts to life. The 3-D renderer will report to the Digital Design Studio Lead and Architect and work under their supervision, ensuring that all construction documents and design details align with project specifications, Key Responsibilities:1. 3-D Modeling and Visualization:Develop high-quality 3-D renderings, animations, and virtual tours for residential and commercial projects.Use the latest software and rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Twin motion Enscape, etc.) to create photorealistic visuals.Transform design concepts, sketches, sketch up models and CAD drawings into immersive visual .2. Collaboration and Integration:Work closely with architects, interior designers, and drafters to incorporate design details into 3-D models.Coordinate with the USA Head Office to ensure visualizations align with client expectations and project timelines. o Integrate BIM data and Revit models seamlessly into rendering workflows.3. Technology and Innovation:Stay updated on the latest trends in architectural visualization, VR, and AR.Explore new tools and techniques to enhance project presentations and client .Optimize rendering processes to balance quality and efficiency.4. Quality Control and Presentation:Ensure all renderings and animations reflect the most current design revisions.Prepare presentation boards, mood images, and material studies for client meetings.Maintain organized digital assets and follow o ice visualization standards.Qualifications:1-.2-Software Proficiency:Expert in 3D Max and SketchUp.Strong skills in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Rhino, Enscape, and Lumion.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).3-.4-Bonus: Knowledge of VR/AR technology, Blender, Revit and real-time rendering software (Unreal Engine, Unity, Twin motion).5-Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication skills in English.
