..Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and analysis ofdaily and weekly sales & recovery reports.Ensuredaily closingof sales and recovery data with accuracy and timeliness.Developweekly sales and recovery projectionsto support business planning and targets.Coordinate and driverecovery efforts, working closely with sales teams and clients to accelerate collections.Overseecustomer credit limit management, including regular reviews and adjustments based on payment behavior and risk.Maintainaccurate mapping and documentationof customer data to ensure data integrity.Review and approveordersbased on credit evaluations and compliance with company policies.Monitorpost-dated cheques, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.Calculate and administersales team incentiveslinked to recovery performance.Manage issuance and reconciliation ofcredit and debit notes.Conduct thoroughcustomer ledger reconciliationsto resolve discrepancies promptly.Prepare and reviewcustomer aging reports, assess provisions for doubtful debts, and recommend actions.Collaborate with finance and sales teams to supportmonthly and quarterly reportingrelated to receivables and credit.Assist in improving credit control processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.Requirements..Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation capabilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Proven ..00 - Rs85,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Recovery management & Credit Control .Work
