We are currently seeking a highly motivated and .Role Overview:As the Medical Billing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the medical billing processes for both our US-based company and our sub-office located in Scheme III, Rawalpindi. Your primary duties will involve ensuring accurate and timely claim submission, managing denials and appeals, and staying abreast of all relevant coding and billing regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the medical billing team in both the US and Pakistan offices.Ensure accurate and timely coding and billing of medical claims in accordance with US healthcare standards (ICD-10, CPT).Electronically submit claims and diligently follow up on claim status.Effectively manage denials and appeals to optimize reimbursement.Maintain current knowledge of coding and billing regulations.Generate reports and conduct analyses of billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Possess proficiency in medical billing software and terminology.Qualifications:Certified Medical Billing and Coding professional (CPC) or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years' .Strong understanding of US healthcare insurance and reimbursement processes.Prior .Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Benefits:Competitive .Opportunity to work in a dynamic, rapidly expanding company.Collaborative and supportive work environment.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
