About Us:Lakhani Global Sourcing (LGS) is a growing import and distribution company based in Karachi, Pakistan. We specialize in providing premium-qualitysanitary wareandflexible stone productsto retailers, wholesalers, and builders across the country. As we expand our operations, we are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales and marketing team to help promote our products and grow our customer base.. This is a field-based role involving regular market visits across Karachi (and occasionally beyond).Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to retail shops, wholesalers, construction firms, and developers to promote LGS products.Generate new business leads through cold visits, referrals, and networking.Deliver product presentations and explain unique selling points to clients.Maintain a strong follow-up with potential and existing clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit order bookings to the internal team.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve marketing strategies.Represent LGS professionally in the market and at industry-related events or exhibitions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Minimum 3 years of .Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for field sales.Familiarity with Karachi’s market and surrounding regions is a plus.Must own a motorcycle or be willing to travel extensively within the city.
