This is astandalone role— the selected candidate will be fully responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, generating leads, managing online content, and handling inbound client queries. The .Key Responsibilities:Paid Advertising ManagementIndependently manage campaigns onMeta (Facebook/Instagram),Google Ads, andLinkedIn Ads.Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPL to ensure optimal performance.Set up conversion tracking (Pixel, UTM, Events), custom audiences, and remarketing funnels.Conduct A/B testing and generate regular performance reports with improvement strategies.Lead Generation & Funnel OptimizationDesign and manage lead generation funnels from ad to landing page to follow-up.Qualify and track leads, maintaining accurate logs and CRM entries.Collaborate directly with the Partner on strategy refinement and high-value opportunities.Content & Creative ManagementWrite copy for ads, landing pages, and social media posts.Create visuals using Canva or coordinate with external designers.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Inbound Queries & Client EngagementHandle client inquiries received via ads, calls, WhatsApp, or messages.Qualify leads and provide timely, professional responses.Maintain communication logs and follow-up schedules.Requirements:2–4 years ofproven .Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Strong analytical skills with understanding of performance marketing metrics and reporting tools.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with tools likeCanva,ChatGPT,Zoho/HubSpot CRM, andGoogle Analytics..Basic knowledge of SEO or email marketing (preferred, not required).What We Offer:A dynamic role withfull ownership of the marketing function.Direct access to and mentorship from the Partner.Growth-oriented environment focused on results.Competitive .To Apply:Send your CV and relevant campaign samples (if available) *********
