Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR decisions through comprehensive data analysis. This position involves analyzing workforce data, developing insightful reports, and collaborating closely with HR leadership to enhance compensation, benefits, and performance management processes. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, support compliance with labor laws, and contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update HR dashboards, reports, and key metrics such as turnover rates, employee retention, and headcount trends.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and leadership teams to assist in compensation analysis, benefits evaluation, and performance review processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within HR systems and reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and benchmarking to inform continuous improvement in HR strategies and processes.
- Support compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to local and international labor laws, including data privacy regulations.
- Address employee grievances in coordination with HR leadership and assist in managing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UAE and US labor regulations, including data privacy policies relevant to HR operations.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create meaningful and accessible reports.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR teams and organizational leadership.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
