Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the efficient assignment and management of delivery routes and schedules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This position demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in dispatch management software and a solid understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers, optimizing for efficiency and timely completion.
- Monitor the progress of deliveries in real-time, promptly identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless communication and operational flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including proof of delivery documentation, to support accountability and reporting requirements.
- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory standards, promoting safety and legal adherence.
