Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software projects throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will collaborate closely with technical leads and team members to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining code quality while embracing best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain software applications from concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with technical leads and cross-functional team members to design and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Proactively address technical challenges and contribute innovative ideas to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
- Maintain high standards of code quality by adhering to established best practices, conducting code reviews, and writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Work collaboratively within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, enabling the creation of responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, or comparable technologies, capable of building scalable server-side applications.
- Hands-on experience with both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB), ensuring efficient data management and retrieval.
- Familiarity with Git version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support streamlined development and deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, facilitating modular and maintainable system design.
- Experience in responsive design techniques and ensuring cross-browser compatibility to deliver consistent user experiences across devices and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, enabling the identification and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, fostering knowledge sharing and collective success.
