Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design of a comprehensive software product. This role involves taking ownership from the initial concept stage through to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design, user research, and visual branding, coupled with excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within an Agile team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process for a complete software product, starting from the initial concept and progressing through to final delivery. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) to guide the project’s functional scope. Creating clear and insightful Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and User Journeys will be essential to ensure functional clarity and alignment across teams.

Design and document user experiences by developing workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI mockups using modern design tools. You will build custom UI elements and components that maintain a high-end, branded look and feel, ensuring consistency throughout the product. Defining and maintaining a visual language and design system that reflects the company’s brand identity will be a key part of your role.

You will also contribute to refining brand assets, including color schemes, typography, icons, and interaction patterns, to create a cohesive and polished user interface. Collaboration is critical; you will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams within an Agile/Scrum development environment to ensure design feasibility and quality.

Conducting user research and usability testing will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to gather feedback and continuously optimize the user experience across multiple devices and platforms. Implementing feedback loops will help drive iterative improvements and enhance overall product usability.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven expertise in UI/UX design, complemented by strong skills in graphic design, branding, and system-level thinking. A robust portfolio showcasing work on full-scale software products is essential to demonstrate your capabilities.

You should possess a solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout, especially as they apply to digital products. Experience with SRS documentation, use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, and user journey mapping is required to support your design process.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, or similar platforms is necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows is important to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Excellent visual and verbal communication skills are crucial. You must be able to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and developers, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
