Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, performing reconciliations, and preparing accurate financial reports. This role requires proficiency in multiple financial software platforms, including Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel, to support effective financial analysis and record-keeping. The Finance Associate will work closely with the Finance Manager and collaborate with international clients to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
The Finance Associate will manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely recording. This includes performing reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data and preparing comprehensive financial reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Utilizing Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel, the candidate will conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Additionally, the role involves assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning activities. The Finance Associate will provide essential support to the Finance Manager in handling day-to-day finance operations, ensuring all tasks align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
