Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics and multimedia content tailored for social media platforms, websites, and branding initiatives. This role requires a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of current visual trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality, consistent visual assets that enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging and innovative graphics specifically for social media platforms, ensuring content is visually appealing and aligned with platform best practices.
- Develop brand identities and logos that reflect the client’s or company’s branding guidelines and values, maintaining consistency across all visual materials.
- Create website banners, landing page visuals, and UI mockups as required to support digital marketing efforts and improve user experience.
- Edit and produce video content, including reels and short-form videos, optimized for social media engagement and platform specifications.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, styles, and techniques in visual content creation and social media marketing to keep designs fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message and drive audience interaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all visual outputs, ensuring that all deliverables meet brand guidelines and project requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD, to create and refine graphic designs and UI mockups.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, engagement trends, and best practices to tailor content for maximum impact.
- Demonstrated creativity with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, communicating effectively with marketing and content professionals to bring ideas to life.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with additional design and prototyping tools such as Canva and Figma is advantageous.
- Video editing skills using software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut are considered a plus, enhancing the ability to produce diverse multimedia content.
