Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate outbound calls to clients, providing clear guidance on our services and resolving any queries promptly. You will be responsible for booking consultation and follow-up sessions with students, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that timely reminders are sent to avoid any missed meetings.

Maintaining accurate and detailed call logs is essential, as is updating our CRM system after every interaction. This ensures continuity in client support and allows for personalized service tailored to each individual’s needs. After sessions, you will follow up with clients to collect feedback, share relevant updates, and offer additional assistance when necessary.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the counselling and operations teams to maintain consistent communication and deliver high-quality customer support.
