Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across various platforms, including print, digital, and video. This role requires a creative professional with strong design skills, video editing capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence through innovative and engaging marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, banners, and presentations that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, corporate branding, social media channels, and internal communications.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with established brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Assist in creating animations, motion graphics, and seamless video transitions to elevate the overall quality of video content.
- Optimize all designs and videos for various digital platforms, including websites, social media networks, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and industry best practices to continually enhance the creative output.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to refine and improve designs and video projects as required.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, is essential.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, color grading, and motion graphics to produce polished and engaging video content.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles, typography, and composition to create impactful designs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A creative mindset with a genuine passion for both graphic design and video editing.
- Experience in creating content specifically for social media platforms is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video shooting techniques to support content creation efforts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with 3D design or animation software is considered an advantage and will be beneficial in contributing to more complex projects.
