Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our organization's security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing comprehensive security policies, managing security personnel, and ensuring a safe environment for employees and assets. This role requires a proactive leader with strong crisis management abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and maintaining high performance standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures to mitigate security threats.
